Office of The Federal Environmental Executive Announced 2006 White House Closing The Circle Awards Winners
ＵＳ.Office of the Federal Environmental Executive announced the recipients of the 2006 White House Closing the Circle (CTC) Awards.
The CTC awards recognize outstanding achievements of Federal employees and their facilities for efforts that resulted in significant contributions to, or have made a significant positive impact regarding to environmental stewardship. This year, 16 winners and 11 honorable mentions were selected from nearly 200 nominations in the areas of environmental management systems, pollution prevention, recycling, green product purchasing, alternative fuels, sustainable building, and electronics stewardship.
